Resideo is seeking a Sr Software Engineer with extensive .NET Core and enterprise application development experience. Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core 3.0, Javascript, Jquery, Agile methodologies, and Web Services is essential. Experience with MS SQL server, CI/CD pipeline, and GraphQL is preferred.

JOB DUTIES:

- Software architecture and coding

- Ability to code in multiple languages
- Analytical skills & software development skills
- Bachelors degree.
- Extensive hands on experience as a .NET Core Developer/ Application Developer
- Hands on experience on developing and deploying enterprise scale applications
- Very good knowledge of .NET ecosystem, advanced knowledge of ASP.NET MVC ,ASP.NET Core 3.0
- Javascript, Jquery
- Practical Understanding of Agile methodologies contributing as a SCRUM team member
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Web Services, WCF, Rest API .
- Communication protocols, Asynchronous socket programming
- MS SQL server- hands on experience on relational database schemas, designing stored procedures
- Unit Testing frameworks
- Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipeline
- Good knowledge of GraphQL.
- Knowledge on Docker containers
- Angular JS , React, Knockout UI frameworks
- MSFT Azure hosting
- Understanding various software development life cycle
- Demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high quality software
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Effective communicator
- Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
