eBay, Inc. seeks Sr Technical Program Manager 2 in San Jose, CA
Job Duties: Manage end-to-end complex programs and projects to facilitate product development with the Seller Experience organization. Manage timelines, deliverables, coordinate work and dependencies between cross functional teams internally/externally to the Seller Experience team. Lead aspects of team Release Management such as Agile Methodologies, JIRA Platform operation, JIRA release ticket management, and SCRUM Meetings. Coordinate and manage the planning effort across cross functional teams (product, engineering, design, analytics, risk policy, etc.) by helping align priorities and impact to drive and create the Product Roadmap. Drive the execution with scrum teams per the roadmap timelines and committed organizational/company goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with disparate teams and team disciplines. Perform document archiving, file and repository maintenance, Wiki-based team tools creation, process improvement, and process/SOP documentation. Organize and create executive status reports and presentation materials for key leadership reviews. Manage and improve team processes such as effective and automated reporting, hiring and onboarding, standardization, and team building/team awareness. Telecommuting permitted – work can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Experience utilizing Agile methodology to provide software advisory and implementation services (3 years).
2. Experience creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Microsoft Project and Gantt Charts (3 years).
3. Experience utilizing JIRA and Tableau (3 years).
4. Experience in all phases of the Software Development Application lifecycle to design, test and implement application software from Mainframe to Linux (3 years).
5. Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating functional and technical requirements to deliver solutions utilizing tools like MS Visio or Mural (3 years).
6. Experience tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders (3 years)
7. Experience conducting data analysis in Gap analysis to formulate implementation strategy/roadmap (3 years).
Base salary: $179,171.00-262,900.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
