As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in Denmark and Sweden. This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners while recruiting and enabling new ones. You will educate partners on Enphase’s technology and value propositions to facilitate effective sales. The responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans, partner development, account management, territory planning, and analysis and forecasting. Collaboration with internal teams is also essential to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and partner management within the renewable energy sector.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in high-tech
  • Sales experience in EVSE and ideally solar industry
  • Fluent in Danish (minimum C1 level)
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share across Denmark and Sweden. Your focus will be on both maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners while recruiting and enabling new ones. You’ll educate partners on Enphase’s technology and value propositions, empowering them to effectively sell our solutions and achieve shared revenue and profit goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales management, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
 
What you will do
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive Enphase’s revenue and market share in partner accounts, including negotiating supply agreements, launching new products, and managing day-to-day business activities.
  • Partner development: Identify, recruit, and enable new partners, educating them on Enphase’s technology and business benefits to ensure mutual success in meeting revenue targets.
  • Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing product training, supporting co-marketing efforts, and assisting with demand generation campaigns.
  • Territory planning: Effectively plan and manage your territory, with accurate forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with corporate and regional growth objectives.
  • Analyze and forecast: Develop forecasts for each account by analyzing historical sales data and partner-provided information, combined with competitive and market insights.
  • Collaborative execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive long-term success for both Enphase and its partners.
What you bring 
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry, particularly selling through indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment or devices.
  • Industry expertise: Sales experience in EVSE and ideally within the solar industry.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Danish (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and clearly articulate business value.
  • Results-driven: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can deliver results independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for renewables: A genuine passion for the renewable energy sector and a desire to contribute to its growth.
