Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including accounting, quality control, consumables, inventory, and customer complaints, while reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Act as a deputy for the Warehouse Supervisor, assisting in overseeing warehouse operational performance and managing outsourced manpower.
  • Monitor the quality standards of warehouse operations and conduct investigations on inventory discrepancies and customer complaints.
  • Regularly monitor consumable inventory and optimize turnover rates while ensuring sufficient supply.
  • Supervise periodic software updates and ensure smooth operation of systems and software.
  • Participate in weekly customer meetings, providing updates on brand quality instructions to all warehouse team leaders.
  • Provide on-site status feedback and offer suggestions for customer system updates.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (functions/formulas/pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in logistics customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in the workplace.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including holidays.
  • Able to converse in English.
