Job Description

As an Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales, you'll partner and consult with customers in Vietnam to co-develop effective digital strategies, increase product knowledge and adoption, optimize customer advertising and grow the business. You'll structure joint business plans for key customer accounts, analyze data trends and customer performance, and develop case studies of successful campaigns. You'll also maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers, and advise on digital trends.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical abilities
Good to have:
  • Experience in business development
  • C-level client relationship management and servicing
  • Knowledge of Vietnam technology and advertising landscape
  • Understanding of Retails, Telco, Gaming, and Apps industries
  • Understanding of digital advertising solutions and media products
  • Knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions
  • Ability to mentor team members
  • Ability to work towards goals in a fast-paced environment

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, C-level client relationship management and servicing.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam technology and advertising landscape, with strong understanding of Retails, Telco, Gaming, and Apps industries in the market.
  • Understanding of digital advertising solutions and media products; knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Ability to mentor team members and work towards goals in a fast-paced environment.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
  • Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers, and advise on digital trends.
