Job Description
Provide IT support for desktop related technical assistance. Monitor, track, and respond to customer satisfaction survey responses. Must have strong Windows and Outlook support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting skills.

- Should be good in Windows Support, Outlook Support, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

- Should have good communication and technical knowledge.
