Job Description

This role involves owning the search advertising strategy for clients throughout the entire business cycle. You will lead search quality with Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, pitching and activating products to enhance performance. Responsibilities include advising and consulting across functions and global teams, working with client advocates within Google. You will apply market, industry, product, and tool knowledge to offer solutions for client business issues, diving into client objectives to develop performance-driving strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive account growth is crucial, along with managing a book of business and working across the business cycle with in-country teams (planning, pitching, implementing, and optimizing). Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and client relationship management are essential.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years data analytics/business intelligence experience
  • 4+ years customer relationship/account management experience
  • Fluent English communication
  • Manage accounts, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Excellent project management skills
Good to have:
  • 5+ years advertising sales/digital marketing experience
  • Experience implementing and measuring campaigns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to process large datasets

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with data analytics or business intelligence.
  • 4 years of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing/advertising solutions, consulting, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions in a media-specific industry.
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple solutions supported by internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools to offer solutions for our clients business issues.
  • Dive the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution of Search or Video media.
  • Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
