This Support Specialist role involves working on a new VR AGE3 game engine and/or unannounced titles within a small, experienced QA team. Responsibilities include managing support channels, designing workflows, writing documentation, managing reports, reproducing game issues, and creating internal tickets. The ideal candidate will have prior videogame industry experience, fluency in Czech and English, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of support experience. The position offers remote work within Europe or on-site options in Prague.
