Job Description

This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role focusing on full life-cycle recruitment for AlphaSense's Sales and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, executing sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, etc.), managing the candidate experience, and ensuring flawless process execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, passionate about people, detail-oriented, and a skilled communicator. Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) is required. This role requires building relationships with hiring teams, understanding AlphaSense's various departments, and adapting recruiting strategies accordingly. The role also involves conceptualizing and executing applicant sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and acting as an AlphaSense brand ambassador.

About the Role: 

This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role. AlphaSense is growing incredibly fast and the Talent Acquisition team fuels that growth by hiring exceptional people. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across our Sales and Marketing teams and have the ability to flex to other functional roles on an as-needed basis. We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about people and eager to help our business grow. We also need someone with impeccable attention to detail and thoughtful communication; both the hiring manager and candidate experience are paramount to our success. You should be savvy with, and comfortable using an ATS (we use Greenhouse) as well as LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.

  • A highly motivated, accomplished recruiter with an appetite for fast paced environments
  • A reliable partner to the business -- you possess a great deal of knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space -- you know who to look for and where, you understand the competencies and skills necessary to succeed and know how to properly vet candidates to uncover those competencies
  • Passionate about our business and able to convey our value proposition in a compelling manner to prospective candidates
  • Organized and methodical: You’ll be working on various roles across the organization and we want to create a world-class experience for the hiring managers we support and the candidates we meet

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales roles (Sales Leadership, Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, RevOps, and Enablement)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads from kick-off to close on each search; ensuring flawless process execution
  • Establish and build a high level of trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders across the business
  • Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions, and cater your recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business
  • Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and various other platforms to engage with passive talent
  • Provide a thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience
  • Be an ambassador for AlphaSense, helping to grow our employer brand through various events and partnerships

Base Compensation Range*:  $35.00 - $65.00 / hourly
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
