Position Overview

The Human Capital (HC) team leads the development and execution of the firm’s core HC processes, programs, and strategic initiatives. The team consists of (1) Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DE&I, Employee Relations, and Citizenship; (2) Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) that partner with the business to implement organizational and talent strategies; and (3) HC Operations team that manages HC technology, reporting & analytics, and core HC operational activities.

The role

We are looking to hire an experienced HC Operations & Workday Associate to work with the Apollo HC team in our Mumbai office and team members across the globe mainly in US and UK.

As a member of our growing HC Operations team in India, this role will support our global recruitment operations. The primary focus of the role will be to manage our Workday system to ensure global usage, data integrity and robust reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes and workflows on Workday including –
  • Gating / opening of job requisitions
  • Ensure globally consistent adoption and adherence to processes
  • Drive adoption of Workday Recruiting by developing reference documents, training and continuous feedback gathering
  • Perform regular reviews to ensure data integrity, identify and resolve data anomalies
  • Provide strong and service-minded support to recruiters and business partners globally
  • Participate in continuous development of process and workflow excellence by gathering feedback through regular interactions with regional recruitment teams
  • Cater to recruitment related reporting requirements –
  • Stage-wise hiring progress on approved roles (with special focus on senior roles)
  • Recruitment source and spend analysis
  • Any additional reports, as and when needed
  • Workday recruitment experience is strongly preferred

  • Ideally having experience with HR process administration in Workday and from international, multi-cultural organisations.
  • Experience with HR administration in general
  • Service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service
