Hi, I’m Raghav, one of the founding members of the Growth team at Fresh Prints.

In 2018, I came across a LinkedIn post from someone at Fresh Prints while casually scrolling. It was one of the hundreds of jobs I applied to without much thought. Fresh out of college, I just wanted a job for the next couple of years before going to business school. When I got in, I thought selling shirts would do for now.

Now, I lead a team of over 30 people who challenge themselves daily with questions like: How can we create unique value for our customers? How do we optimize our current revenue streams while exploring new ones? How do we lead Fresh Prints into its next phase of growth?

I never got that MBA. Two years stretched to seven, and I’m still selling shirts. But honestly? It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

Why? Because I got the chance to build something from nothing. I grew our marketing team from $0 to driving $25 million in revenue. I’ve been part of an incredible journey, from figuring out our first campaign to optimizing strategies that power our growth today.

I’m looking for someone to help take this business to $100 million with me over the next three years – someone who innovates alongside me, challenges the status quo, and drives our vision together.

Description of the Role

  • Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos, and workflows.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
  • Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with channel managers to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Regularly report on key metrics related to revenue, campaign performance, and engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and the rest of the Growth team to align on goals and strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, data, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance towards shared goals.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Location: Remote

Working Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday
