The Growth and Strategy is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive business expansion and ensure long-term success. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Product Business Operations. You will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute growth strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define growth objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze market data, customer insights, identify growth opportunities and make informed strategic decisions and develop business plans: Create comprehensive business plans, including financial forecasts, and operational goals. Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the plans.
- Drive innovation: Identify opportunities for r service innovation to meet evolving customer demands and gain a competitive edge. Work with product development teams to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Monitor and evaluate performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies. Regularly report on progress to senior management and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align strategies and ensure successful implementation. Foster a collaborative and cross-functional approach to drive growth and Identify strategic partnerships and alliances: Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that can accelerate growth.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Masters in Business Administration
- 7+ Years Experience in strategic planning, Operational Executions, Growth Operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in SQL or Snowflake or Similar Tools
What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands on with Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
