Job Details
Role
- Ensure a 5-star workplace experience from snacking to office vibes thanks to creative initiatives and iteration
- Drive organization of events (office events and activities, company parties, afterworks) and associated budget
- Coordinate external providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, snacks and reception) and manage day-to-day admin operations
- Execute space planning projects to improve productivity and collaboration
- Coordinate coworking spaces abroad and sublease
- Promote workplace safety and environmental practices (waste reduction, sustainability, and energy conservation)
Profil
- You have a first experience in Workplace or Luxury Events, in an international context
- You are very dynamic, resourceful, creative and organized
- You have a demonstrable track record of multitasking, delivering to expectations and maintaining a very high level of service
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
- You are proficient in office software applications, such as Google Workspace
- You are proficient both in French and English
