Role Overview:

As a 2D Animator/Motion Graphics Designer at Ecompapi, you will be at the forefront of visual storytelling, creating engaging and captivating animations for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve collaborating with the creative team to transform concepts into compelling visuals using both cel and computer graphics. If you have a passion for animation, a keen eye for design, and the ability to visualize abstract ideas, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Animation and Illustration: Create high-quality 2D animations using both traditional cel techniques and computer graphics. Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to produce complete illustrations.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual narratives that align with project goals and brand identity. Utilize your artistic mindset and drawing abilities to bring abstract concepts to life.
• Storyboarding and Layout Design: Design storyboards, clean-ups, and layouts to plan and visualize animations effectively.
• Style and Genre Adaptability: Demonstrate versatility by drawing in various styles and genres to meet diverse project requirements.
• Software Proficiency: Work proficiently with animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Freehand, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Design Refinement: Refine and enhance designs using illustration software to ensure final products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to understand project requirements, receive feedback, and deliver animations that exceed client expectations.

Key Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation and design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant animation software.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
