This is a senior project management role for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include collaborating with the project management team on development, participating in and advancing the pre-research project planning, ensuring timely completion, establishing and promoting development process standards for realistic 3A content, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience managing large-scale game projects, a deep understanding of Unreal Engine game development team structures and processes, and experience with online game development process management and agile project management. English communication skills are preferred.
