Position : 3D Artist

Pay Range : 3.5Lpa to 6.0Lpa

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

We are seeking an Architectural 3D Visualizer on a contract basis to create high-quality photorealistic architectural renderings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of delivering top-notch projects within tight deadlines.

• Develop accurate 3D models of project buildings, surroundings, and environments.
• Produce architectural renderings and animations for both exterior and interior projects.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Adhere to design guidelines and asset naming conventions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in 3D design, capture, and modeling tools and technologies.
• Log daily work hours, detailing time spent on specific projects.
• Ensure all work aligns with company and regulatory standards, maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Visualization or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Architectural Visualization.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and rendering.
• Strong post-production skills for still images, including matte painting.
• Solid knowledge of architectural design principles.
• Good organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to manage tight deadlines and work flexibly.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with design automation is a plus.
