Job Description & Summary

Independence is an important consideration in the development and operation of AC Manila and can impact the achievement of its strategic success and quality objectives. Given this importance, the Independence Consultation and Compliance Senior Analyst has a key role in assisting the Independence Manager in managing, advising and communicating with AC Manila Leadership in a proactive way, as well as identifying and helping address the business issues which could be impacted by Independence. This role may also include peer-review of the junior team member’s output. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the Independence Compliance monitoring procedures and assessments 

• Consolidate the Independence violations for the month 

• Communicate with employees to obtain further details or confirmation related to Independence Compliance monitoring procedures 

• Communicate regularly with Independence Manager and/or PRI team to discuss independence compliance testing, trends and other results 

• Act as a subject matter expert and respond to Independence-related queries/ consultations 

• Enhance the culture of awareness of Independence policy and rules across all Lines of Service (eg. sending out communications or initiating projects with the objective to remind and update the employees on policies)  

• Carry out the annual independence risk assessment 

• Train all new personnel on the relevant Independence requirements (if needed) 

Essential Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in analytics and visualization tools (e.g Alteryx, Power BI)  

• Ability to analyze and interpret data and compile detailed reports  

• Proficiency in project management  

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)  

• Strong interpersonal skills / stakeholder management skills  

• Proficiency in office applications (Google Suite, MS Office)  

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills  

• Sound independent judgment and problem solving skills
