POSITION

As an Advertisement Monetization Specialist at Codeway, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our in-app advertising strategies to maximize revenue across our portfolio of mobile apps. This role requires a keen understanding of user behavior, advertising ecosystems, and industry trends to develop and execute effective monetization tactics.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BI, Marketing and Development, to drive our business growth through strategic ad implementations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

·      Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, analyze key metrics, and continuously test and iterate to maximize profitability.

·      Plan and execute in-app monetization strategies, ensuring alignment with company business objectives and user needs.

·      Optimize ad placements and ad waterfalls using mediation platforms to maximize revenue and improve user engagement across multiple projects.

·      Conduct A/B testing of new ad formats and placements, evaluating outcomes to inform future strategies and optimize user experience.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic advertising partners and ad network contacts.

·      Collaborate with product, BI, and development teams to ensure that monetization strategies align with overall business and product goals.

·      Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep our monetization strategies competitive and effective.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

·      Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for revenue optimization.

·      Proven experience in managing in-app advertising strategies, with a focus on hybrid waterfall optimization and performance analysis.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing and working closely with cross-functional teams.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      University degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.

·      0-2 years of experience in an advertising monetization role or a related field within the mobile app industry.

·      Experience working with ad mediation platforms and managing ad waterfalls across multiple products.

·      A proactive approach to identifying and implementing new opportunities for ad revenue growth.

·      Interest in mobile app trends and a passion for maximizing user engagement and revenue through creative strategies.
