This full-time night shift position as a Customer Service Advisor (CAC) involves handling customer inquiries via phone and written communication. Responsibilities include providing customer support, making sales, assigning leads to distributors, addressing information requests, claims, and complaints. Daily deliverables include productivity reports, social media updates, lead registration on sales platforms, and customer service records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, proactivity, teamwork, and a strong customer service and sales background. Strong communication, writing, and diction skills are essential. Experience with Seekop, Salesforce, social media, and Excel is desirable. The schedule is from 8 PM to 3 AM or 1 AM to 8 AM, Monday through Sunday, on a rotating shift basis, with weekdays or weekend days off.

Actividades a realizar:

Atención de llamadas y medios escritos para brindar atención al cliente, realizar labor de venta y asignación de prospectos a distribuidores, dar atención a solicitudes de información, siniestros y quejas.

Entregables:

  • Base de productividad diaria RRSS y Lineas
  • Registro de prospectos en plataforma de ventas y atención a clientes
  • Certificados de Cursos y Entrenamientos.

Competencias:

  • Empatía y proactividad.
  • Trabajo de objetivos individual/en equipo.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Escucha activa.
  • Excelente ortografía y redacción.
  • Buena dicción.
  • Deseable experiencia en manejo de Seekop, Salesforce, RRSS y Excel.

Horarios:

  • Lunes a Domingo de 20:00 a 03:00 y de 01:00 a 08:00 hrs. (Rol de turnos).
  • Rol de descansos entre semana o fin de semana

Requerimientos:

  • Estudiante de Universidad (Lic. en comunicación, administración, RRPP o a fin).
  • Sexo indistinto.
  • Manejo de paquetería Office.
