Job Summary

Job Description

Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. This role involves processing and maintaining data accurately and timely, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The analyst will develop expertise in database and financial knowledge, adhere to data operations standards, and proactively identify and resolve data problems. Communication with internal and external departments for query resolution is also required.
Must have:
  • Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards.
  • Developing expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development.
  • Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
  • Adhere to dynamic process/Mow changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data problems.
  • Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries as per established process.
  • Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback.

Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in accordance with the law and regulations of the markets they operate in. We provide Entity data and Qualified financial content as services to the Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards.
  • Developing expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
  • Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
  • Adhere to dynamic process/Mow changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data problems.
  • Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries as per established process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Should have an eye for detail.
  • Technical /Professional Skills at an Intermediate level in using Outlook, Excel & Teams
  • Should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
  • Should have good communication skills – Written and Verbal.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and flexible to extend their support as per business requirements.
  • Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & hybrid environment.
