Associate Finance Controller

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet review for in-scope entities in Europe region, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles
• Conduct financial statement analysis, coordinate with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and provide reports on operational result
• Coordinate internal control attestation with relevant control performers
• Relevant additional tasks, as deemed necessary
• The position will primarily report to and support Area Financial Controller.

We are looking for

• 5 years’ experience in Finance
• Excellent understanding of finance and business
• Knowledge of MAERSK Systems preferred but not required.
• An analytical mind that is able to link/ relate to and analyze information
• Superior Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
• CPA (advantage)
• Familiar with MS Office
• Willing to work on Mid Shift 
• Willing to work overtime and on Saturdays whenever the business needs
