Job Description

Remote is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist for APAC to join their team. This role will be fully remote and involves managing and supporting the benefits operations for employees in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the company's mission of making global remote work easier and more accessible.

Must have:

Experience with benefits administration
Knowledge of APAC employment laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Good to have:

Experience with global benefits administration
Experience with HRIS systems
Multilingual capabilities
