The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive to support our expansion across multiple regions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the iGaming industry by assisting in the development and nurturing of relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the iGaming sector, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to contribute to revenue growth.


Location: Remote/hybrid - London.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation and Research: 
    • Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities and markets.
    • Support the Business Development team by qualifying leads based on their success, track record, and marketing approach.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Assist in initial outreach to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and preparing for discussions with industry operators.
    • Help maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in the preparation for negotiations.
  • Sales Support:
    • Support the entire sales cycle, including preparing contracts, assisting with client onboarding, and coordinating the handover process to our Account Management Team.
    • Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets by contributing to various stages of the sales process.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyse market trends and intelligence for assigned markets.
    • Provide insights and updates to internal stakeholders, helping to shape market strategies.
  • Event Participation:
    • Assist in organising and participating in industry conferences and events, promoting the company’s brand and values.


What you'll bring:

  • A strong degree in a relevant field; eg Economics, Business, Marketing, etc.
  • Some experience, and/or a strong interest, in iGaming.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, with a willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
