About the Role

Are you passionate about startups and eager to learn the art of fundraising? We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our efforts in acquiring funds and building strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on role ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business development, fundraising, and startup growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify fully funded startup opportunities, grants, and potential investors.
  • Assist in preparing funding applications, pitch decks, and partnership proposals.
  • Support outreach to donors, funding organizations, and accelerators.
  • Help maintain a database of prospects and track application progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new fundraising strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and funding news relevant to startups.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about startup funding and donor relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with online research.
