Job Description

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will own the search advertising strategy for clients across the entire business cycle. You will lead search quality with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams through pitching and activating products to lead performance. You will act as an advisor and consultant across functions, Global teams, and with client advocates within Google. Responsibilities include completing training to become an expert in Google’s product suite; developing and applying knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools to offer solutions for clients; leading client business objectives and developing holistic search strategies; working with cross-functional teams for account growth; and leading conversations on measurement and attribution with specialists. The role requires fluent English and German communication for client relationship management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years customer support & stakeholder management experience
  • Fluent English and German
  • Lead client's search advertising strategy
  • Work with cross-functional teams
Good to have:
  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Campaign management experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Project management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with customer support and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in campaign management.
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Effective project management skills with ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Complete training to become an expert in Google’s product suite.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients business issues.
  • Lead client’s business objectives and work with them to begin the conversation of a holistic search strategy that will increase performance and investments.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to lead short and long-term account growth.
  • Lead conversations on measurement and attribution with the measurement and attribution specialists of search media.
