The Client Success Manager at Moonbug Entertainment oversees post-sale client relationships, managing schedules, assets, and reporting. This role requires effective communication to understand and exceed client needs, proactively identifying opportunities for increased satisfaction. Responsibilities include data analysis, compelling data storytelling for client reports, leading efficient client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams (brand partnerships, media, data, creative, production, social, marketing, and finance). The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the media industry, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a subject matter expert on Moonbug IP.

This role will report full-time M-F in office at our Los Angeles location.

The Role

  • Oversee all aspects of post sale client opportunities through schedule management, asset organization and reporting.
  • Effective client communication to ensure their needs are understood, anticipated and exceeded with the overall goal of delivering brilliant client service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within your account list to provide suggestions that will increase client satisfaction.
  • Partake in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data and customer trends data.
  • Demonstrate compelling data storytelling through high data literacy, strong data visualization and impactful communication for client reports to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Lead client meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by managing and aligning expectations, identifying gaps, confirming next steps and maintaining timely completion of the agenda
  • Utilize critical thinking when dealing with ambiguity or contradiction to make decisions and maintain task progress.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams: brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data, creative, production, social, marketing & finance.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience within the media industry: media agency, publisher or creative agency background.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage short-term and long-term deliverables.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage large, complex projects as well as juggle multiple projects at one time.
  • Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to be most effective for all stakeholders
  • High organizational skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proven experience thriving in a team environment and enjoys working on a team.
  • Excited by a fast paced environment.
