About The Role
They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As an Associate in the Community Experience team, in charge of Operations and Projects, you’ll be an instrumental cog in ensuring that the team has everything they need to work seamlessly, ultimately impacting global employee engagement. Collaborating with other teams like People Business Partners, Finance, and Procurement, your main objective will be to ensure the team works within budget and that all of the team’s data is in order.

What You Will Do

    • Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by disseminating surveys and using OKR monitoring to help the team succeed
    • Assist in keeping internal communication efforts, like town halls and newsletters, aligned with our People Experience goals
    • Be the main contact for finance and budget matters, working closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams
    • Keep the team’s data, documents, and information organized for easy access and smooth workflows
    • Ensure the team has everything they need to work efficiently
    • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, acting as the link between our team and external partners
    • Work with both internal and external parties to make sure our team’s events, activities, and initiatives run smoothly
    • Assist with simple design requirements such as activity marketing materials

What You Will Need

    • At least 2 years of work experience
    • Experience in Employee Engagement/Experience, focusing on events, activities, and programs
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar software
    • Familiarity with HR data and systems
    • High energy to manage multiple activities and events simultaneously
    • Ability to collaborate well with other teams, take responsibility, and work outside regular hours occasionally
    • Good communication skills in Indonesian and English
    • A fun personality – believe in your dreams, enjoy life, and value a good night's sleep
About the Team
The Community Experience team in GoTo is part of a larger Talent Engagement team that looks after Employee Experience, Internal Communication and Employee Engagement. We are mainly responsible for ensuring that GoTo Employees are well taken care of and engaged. You will find us handling matters related to wellness, engagement events, corporate discounts and SWAG. 

We, the Community Experience team (CX for short) is a team that embraces diversity and inclusion. Everyone in CX is free to express themselves however they want to, whenever they want to. We love food, drinks and we always have each others’ backs. This works out just right as we travel a lot as a team.
