Job Description
The Procurement Specialist will support the Sourcing Procurement Lead in cost reduction and avoidance initiatives within GoTo Group's HoldCo Procurement team in Jakarta. Responsibilities include executing procurement projects (maintenance, process improvement, technology adoption), managing vendor selection processes, maintaining vendor relationships, achieving annual savings targets, preparing procurement documentation, and acting as a procurement ambassador. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the Group and strong project management skills. The successful candidate will have experience in procurement, a strong business acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-2 years procurement experience
- Strong business & commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation & collaboration skills
- Advanced Bahasa & English proficiency
- Project management skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge of marketing & general office expenditures
- Understanding of finance, accounting, tax, and legal

About The Role
You will be part of the HoldCo Procurement team based in Jakarta overseeing all OpCo under GoTo Group &, focusing on executing projects-based related to Procurement Operations (maintenance, business process improvement, and technology adoption), while working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Group.
What You Will Do
- Support the Sourcing Procurement Lead through the value creation of cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives project
- Execute Procurement Initiative Pipeline pertaining to managed Spend Category, align with the procurement procedure
- Lead all vendor selection processes to support the business target
- Maintain relationships with country vendors, to support GoTo Group's positioning in the market
- Achieve provided an annual saving target, both Cost Avoidance and Cost Reduction
- Prepare procurement documentation for each sourcing activity
- Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation and build relationships with Businesses to ensure Early Procurement Involvement
What You Will Need
- Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e marketing & general office expenditures ), preferably has been working in procurement too (1-2 years)
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency
- Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal)

GoTo Procurement Team formed from Gojek & Tokopedia Team consists of ~40 people based in Indonesia. The gist of our role is to contribute to annual cost optimization within GoTo following GoTo Procurement Policy and build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders and vendors. We collaborate alongside many teams across the organization.
