Requirements

• Education in economics, finance, or accounting (final-year students are acceptable)
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Ability to work with financial and accounting documents (invoices, acts, contracts)
• Basic understanding of tax accounting for private entrepreneurs (FOP)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to tasks in the work chat
• Experience with financial or administrative tasks is a plus, but not required
• Preparation of invoices, acts, contracts, and reconciliation of mutual settlements
• Monitoring deadlines for signing, payment, and sending documents

Personal Characteristics

• Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and good analytical skills.
• Communication skills 
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to change;
• Initiative (experience of implementing processes that optimize).

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining records of private entrepreneurs (FOPs)
• Preparing and updating financial reports for the financial specialist
• Uploading and verifying documents in internal systems and platforms (e.g., PandaDoc, Vchasno)
• Communicating with the bank, accountant, lawyer, or counterparties to clarify payment details, invoices, or acts
