About the Role: At its core, this role is grounded in partnering with some of the best storytellers and helping them bring their visions to life on the Pocket FM App across a range of content formats. You shall actively engage with the creative team, writers, data analysts, and producers to work on concepts, research, and data, to create immersive and compelling scripted serialized stories across multiple genres. The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment and storytelling with a hearty curiosity for innovation and data, to define the content strategy and playbook. Responsibilities:

• Work with the team on creating captivating promos on online marketing channels (Youtube/Facebook) along with supervising all promos & related creative for Pocket FM app
• Writing/ ideation of promo scripts & executing promos.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with our brand’s mission and resonate with diverse audiences
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to design and implement promotional video campaigns and projects
• Conduct in-depth research to understand emerging trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify ideas/concepts based on market testing and to evaluate performance of ongoing series.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Creative level or above experience at a studio, network or production company. Or, Literary Agency/Management Company experience.
• Expertise in production and post production
• Should have managed a team of 5 or more
• Knowledge of online marketing channels (Youtube/Facebook)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.
• Prior network of writers, editors, and similar.
• Strong understanding of story, theme, tone, structure, plot, and narrative arcs.
• Excellent communication skills
