Your Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Engage with client brands to deeply understand and internalise their creative vision, brand identity, and campaign objectives.
• Creative Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate innovative concepts for hyper-personalised video campaigns, ensuring they align with both client goals and Whilter's technological capabilities.
• Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end production process, utilising available tools, pipelines, and infrastructure to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, video editors, and content creators, to ensure cohesive execution.

4. Quality Assurance:Maintain a high standard of quality across all video outputs, ensuring they meet both internal and client-specific benchmarks.

5. Performance Analysis:Measure and analyse the success of campaigns using relevant metrics, deriving insights to inform future projects.

6. Innovation & Ideation:Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table for each delivery season, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies to enhance content creativity and effectiveness.

Experience:

• Experience in creative roles such as Video Editing, Direction, Assistant Direction, or Executive Production.

• Proven track record of hacking the production process to deliver faster, cheaper, better results.

• Passion for AI driven creative storytelling, unlocking new possibilities and impossible timelines.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of video production processes and tools along with fundamental storytelling principles.

• Excellent leadership, collaborative and teamwork skills to turn brand vision into compelling video content.

• Problem solving abilities, to bring solutions to dead end problems and elevate the solution oriented culture.
