Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our players' first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers via email through addressing inquiries, resolving raised issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction for every contact.
Providing quality service to sports betting customers and maintaining a positive and player-focused attitude, even when dealing with their concerns.
Handling and managing the Zendesk volume of tickets and being able to respond efficiently.
Maintaining friendly and professional attitudes with internal customers to ensure smooth working relationships.

Qualifications

Experience as a Customer Support Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Knowledge of sports betting is a plus
