Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent (French Speaking) at Evolution Gaming, you'll provide high-level service support to clients and end-users. Responsibilities include monitoring and assisting via Live Chat and ticketing systems, performing technical investigations, identifying and escalating priority issues, coordinating case resolution between internal teams, multitasking based on daily priorities, and resolving client requests. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and English (C1) and French skills. Experience in customer support is recommended.

Good to have:

Job Description

We are looking for a customer service oriented person who will ensure that a high level of service support is provided to Evolution Gaming clients and end-users, after being provided with a relevant training.

  • Monitoring and providing assistance in both Live Chat and ticketing system
  • Performing technical investigations of various queries
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Coordinating case resolution between internal teams
  • Multitasking according to daily priorities
  • Resolving requests received from clients and end-users

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Experience in providing customer support service (recommendable)
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written (C1)
  • Excellent French skills both spoken and written
  • Good time management skills
  • Stress tolerance and attention to details
  • High level of self-confidence and ability to make decisions independently
  • Any additional language (Turkish, German, Dutch) will be a huge advantage
