Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer at Revolgy, you will provide top-notch technical support to internal teams and customers, resolving issues efficiently. You'll become a subject matter expert in connecting cost sources (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) with cloud services, assisting customers, enhancing product documentation, and improving user experience. You'll help build and maintain scripts and automation tools using cloud APIs and offer feedback to product and engineering teams. This fully remote, contracted position is open to European candidates and requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Must Have:
  • AWS expertise (IAM)
  • Kubernetes experience (EKS, GKE, AKS)
  • Python or similar scripting proficiency

What will you do? 🔧

  • Provide top-notch technical support to internal teams and customers, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Become a subject matter expert in connecting cost sources (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, MongoDB, Datadog) with cloud services.
  • Use your expertise to assist customers, enhance product documentation, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Help customers build and maintain scripts and automation tools leveraging cloud APIs.
  • Offer valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.


What we're looking for 🎯

  • 2-5 years in a technical support engineer role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM).
  • Proven experience deploying and managing applications with Kubernetes (e.g., EKS, GKE, AKS).
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language.
  • Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • A continuous learner with critical thinking skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
