The Deputy Manager - Commissions will report to the Manager - Finance & Administration and will be responsible for commission computations and partner with Sales Ops, Sales and other such departments ensuring the highest standards of ethics towards financial data. You will:

  • Monitor commission plans and other details in Commission Tool 'Xactly'; monitor new hire and termination data, and update internal systems accordingly. Work on a review of actual results from Xactly with the expected results by doing a in-depth review and keep checks and balances to ensure record and data integrity in Xactly.
  • Work with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to sales representatives and managers; work with Sales Compensation and P&C to understand new hire offers and non-standard terms, such as draws and sign-on bonuses.
  • Work with the Payroll team to process commission payments on time, and precisely each month; work with other members of the Sales Compensation Team to develop sales performance management reports.
  • Prepare a monthly commission expense estimate for Finance and help with the configuration, testing, and administration of commission software along with team Development, MIS system setup and important metrics.
  • Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team and keep regular sync-up with Sales, Sales Ops, Accounting, Orders Booking and other teams to get updates on new commission plans, changes to existing plans, quota set up, updating OTI and other related stuff.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Post-Graduate in Finance & Accounting with 10 years' experience plus excellent academics throughout.
  • Sound academic record in Finance & Accounting stream.
  • Experience in sales Commissions/Payroll/Financial planning in MNC.

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable the smooth flow of work with HQ.
  • Pro skills in Microsoft Excel and hands on other leading Industry Tools
