To be in charge of Right Sizing (RS) activities to create Potential ideas for Model Profit (RS waves Planning, Promotion, Execution and Reflection at DCW/CFP system).
Support to all activities related to Target achievement; Validate data and give support to solve issues detected.
Create and Prepare TOP Level reports (Manager, SD, VP) related with VO, RS department (USA / JAPAN) and Propose Process improvement of current Process.
Communicates closely with counterparts, Stake Holders, ensuring alignment of strategy and common understanding of ongoing issues to support achievement of VO/RS Objectives.
To provide support and follow up RS ideas generated by R&D; (Kickoff, One Pager Audit, material compilation for RS Event Presentation)
Job Responsibilities
Strategies proposal to secure RS Waves Execution as planned in order to secure department Target achievement.
Strategy creation and plan execution to conclude the tasks derivate of RS Wave minute.
Coordinate meetings to secure RS WAVE execution as planned (Plan, Promotion, execution).
Planning and execution for activities delegated
Monitoring progress of activities (Budgeting, Price Conciliation, etc).
Create Executive summaries / TOP Management Reports
Education:
Engineering in Mechatronic/ Mechanical/Systems
Years of Experience:
2 (TWO) years at least (VO ideas creation, / Project Management / Process Manufacturing)
Required knowledge:
Basic Vehicle Development stages, Project/milestones management.
Computer skills:
Microsoft Office (Microsoft, Excel, PPT, Outlook); Programming; Knowledge of vehicle parts, assembly, functionality and manufacturing
Language:
English - (TOEIC: 700 pts)
Soft skills:
Negotiation, Executive report Creation/Presentation; teamwork, Lead Work meetings with multifunctional areas (R&D, SH departments).
