Job Description

The Designer will primarily serve the Tai Tai Le client, creating designs for platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, WeChat Video, Douguo, and Xiaochufang. The role also involves potential work for clients in the home appliance, real estate, and hospitality/travel sectors. Responsibilities include designing WeChat long articles, layouts, and leveraging skills in SVG and animated graphics for social media. A strong understanding of color theory, branding, and visual appeal is crucial. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enthusiastic about new business opportunities (including pitching).

Must have:

Proficient in WeChat long-form design & layout
Experience with SVG and animated graphics
Strong visual sense and color sensitivity
Adaptable to high-pressure work environment
Creative and proactive approach to new projects

职位要求

1）有一定的设计微信长图文、排版能力和经验，懂SVG，动图制作等社交媒体传播需求的设计支持能力；
2）网感和审美感强，对色彩敏感，并能对品牌的用色有认知。
3）能适应高强度工作环境，具有团队精神，积极乐观。
4）有创意能力，对新业务（比稿）有积极参与心态。
