We have been retained to recruit an experienced Art Director with a minimum 15 years in the advertising/ marketing industry. B2B marketing marketing experience is ideal/desirable, although not mandatory.

You are someone with a strong portfolio in art direction and design that has effectively elevated brands and driven business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts and designs that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with creative team members and account managers to understand requirements and insights.
• Produce and well as oversee the creation of assets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality in compliance with defined brand guidelines across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and members of the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Lead visual presentations, articulating the rationale behind design choices and incorporating feedback for refinement.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices, integrating new ideas and techniques into the creative process
• You are expected to manage a cross-section of design projects in parallel, ensuring project timelines, and quality standards are adhered to.
• Occasionally coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to execute creative projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a design role, with significant experience as an Art Director, preferably in a B2B advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful visual campaigns and projects across various channels.
• Exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to translate client objectives into compelling visual solutions.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale design projects from concept to execution, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
