Responsibilities
- Develop visually stunning designs: Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital assets. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Translate marketing concepts into creative visuals that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Stay updated with design trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage social media account execution: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Visual Communication approach for designs, good command in video editing using after effects / premiere pro etc.
Salary offered - INR 2 lacs to INR 4 lacs (p.a.).

Requirements.
- Strong visual communication skills: Possess a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Demonstrate the ability to effectively convey ideas and messages through visual elements.
- Experience in Logo designing / Video editing / motion graphics / after effects / adobe photoshop / adobe illustrator / Animation.
- Social media / branding / ad creatives / video editing for reels etc.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: Exhibit a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box. Solve design challenges with innovative and engaging solutions.
- 1-5 years experience can apply.
- Experience in Managing content creation, design and execution for social media accounts is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
