Job Description:

NAM is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with UX/UI and Design Interaction experience to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces while incorporating the latest technology, design, and human factors principles. You will play a crucial role in aligning inputs from cross-functional teams and stake holders, including other UI Designers and Human Factors Engineers, and you will be closely collaborating with developers to implement designs while adhering to technical requirements and constraints. You will deliver products that captivate our users and contribute to the success of our defense missions globally.

Required Skills:

• Experience in UX/UI design including creating prototypes, developing user guides, and storylines
• Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/XD, Figma, or Sketch
• Experience with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for scalability and consistency
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and principles
• Experience in preparing a detailed presentation deck.
• Ability to write / recommend content for proposal.
• Create a complete workflow diagrams, includidocumnet.ng wireframes.
• Ability to embed the supporting documents as part of the proposal paperwork.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers and collaborate with developers
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Computer Science / Information Tech – BS, BSC, MSC)

Level of exp:

Senior UX engineer – 10 -12 years of hands-on exp.

Junior UX engineer – 5-7 years of exp.

Most important requirements:

• Must have been part of large IT enterprise organization.
• Must understand different tech stacks.
• Should be able to convert a rough sketch to a final / completed output.
• Should have done content writing and be familiar with proposal templates and proposal writing process.
• Must have demonstrated confidence in taking on end to end tasks, with little or no assistance.
• Ability to prepare decks for client presentations.

Communication standards:

• Clear articulation with finesse, fluency, and polish in spoken English.
• Confidence of expression and accuracy in grammar as part of written English.
• Grasp the expected output and ensure completion of tasks with minimal guidance.
