As an Entry-Level Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic onboarding and customer success teams, working closely with these departments to create a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to translate our clients' brand identities and preferences into captivating visual assets and branding materials tailored for their personalized mobile applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client specifications, while also contributing fresh and innovative design concepts. From crafting engaging in-app assets to designing compelling promotional materials and social media graphics, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall user experience and driving customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your creative talents in a fast-paced environment, where your designs will directly impact our clients’ success.
This is a part-time (20-25 hours/week) remote position. There is potential for this position to evolve into a full-time role based on performance, proactivity, and evolving business needs. Pay range is $20-$25/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and brand identities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand style guides to maintain consistency across visual assets
- Proactively share and contribute new ideas for design concepts that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Adapt design elements to fit various screen sizes and resolutions, ensuring optimal display on mobile devices
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve visual assets
- Design compelling promotional materials, including banners, posters, flyers, and social media assets for use in promoting clients’ mobile apps within their organization and community
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure and while balancing competing priorities
What we are looking for in you:
- Accredited certification in graphic design (bachelor's degree, associate's degree, verifiable certification of a graphic design program, etc.), or a related field
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator (2+ years desired)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within client brand guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, & the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while operating in a part-time capacity with flexibility in working hours
- Passion for design and a desire to drive innovation in design processes and systems
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take and implement internal and customer feedback
