The Digital Content Intern in Taipei will support the E-Commerce Operation planner. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, planning e-commerce features for a seamless user experience, reporting on e-commerce success metrics, managing inventory and stock replenishment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting with customer service, planning quarterly promotions, analyzing release readiness, and maintaining vendor relationships. The role requires close collaboration with various teams including US E-commerce, APAC, Supply Chain, Consumer Engagement, CS, IT, Logistics, and Marketing.
