We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Demand Generation team in Bengaluru, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. In this role, you will help manage multi-channel digital campaigns and provide in-depth reporting on performance.  You will also play a crucial role in developing and launching digital campaigns across all demand generation channels. What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve digital campaign goals across multiple channels
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to key initiatives
  • Monitor marketing campaign progress and impact on marketing funnel goals to drive qualified pipeline and bookings
  • Regularly report digital programs contribution to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on digital marketing objectives and strategies, including collaborating with colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders

What you’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing that includes display, search, LinkedIn, Content Syndication, or Webinars
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with sales or BDR teams
  • 1+ years of of account-based marketing experience  
  • Cross-departmental relationship management ability, with excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Agile, curious, organized, great communication skills, and numbers-oriented 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including effective communication, active listening, and a positive attitude when working with others
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

 What success looks like: 

After six months, you will…

  • Drive global digital campaigns for new logo and customer expansion
  • Optimize conversion to meetings and pipeline through alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Test new variations of digital campaigns to improve performance across a variety of channels
  • Be aligned closely with our agency, field marketing and BDR partners

After about a year, you will… 

  • Achieve business and personal objectives related to demand generation and pipeline
  • Recommend tests to improve performance across digital channels
  • Have strong relationships with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Ops teams
