Job Description

The Ethics and Compliance Specialist will be part of the Ethics Office, focused on strengthening ethical workplace culture and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing ethical workplace culture, reviewing ethics and compliance procedures, performing risk assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring regulatory developments, assisting in case management of whistleblower reports, performing data analysis and reporting, and preparing reports for leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate ethics programs, compliance frameworks, and risk management. The role involves promoting adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and whistleblowing policies and identifying areas for improvement.
Must have:

Responsibilities
About the Team: High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness of internal policies; and lead and manage investigations. Our Ethics Office is looking for a global Centre of Excellence (COE) talent with proven results in complex business environments. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ethics & Compliance Specialist to join our Ethics Office. This role will focus on strengthening our ethics culture, ensuring compliance with whistleblowing policies, and proactively identifying areas for improvement through policy reviews and risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate ethics programs, compliance frameworks, and risk management methodologies. Responsibilities: - Support the development and enhancement of an ethical workplace culture by promoting awareness and adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and whistleblowing policies. - Conduct regular reviews of existing ethics and compliance procedures to identify potential gaps and recommend improvements. - Perform risk assessments to proactively identify areas of ethical concern and compliance vulnerabilities, proposing mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, HR, and leadership, to strengthen ethics programs and ensure alignment with industry best practices. - Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends related to ethics and whistleblowing to ensure continuous program improvements. - Assist in case management and tracking of whistleblower reports to ensure proper resolution, adherence, and remediation to company policies. - In response to needs of the function and businesses, perform data analyses and prepare data reports in a timely manner; work with report users to tailor format and continually enhance operations around such report preparation. - Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on key ethics trends, program effectiveness, and risk areas.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Ethics, Compliance, or a related field. - Extensive experience in ethics, compliance, risk management, or corporate governance related field. - Strong knowledge of whistleblowing policies, compliance frameworks, and ethics program implementation. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and propose data-driven solutions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in a technology company or highly regulated industry is a plus. - Certifications such as CCEP-I (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or similar are desirable. #LI-Hybrid
