Game Designer

What you’ll be doing:

• Design gameplay experiences and game features that deliver strong player engagement, retention, and monetization for mobile games
• Create game content to delight players, and balance in-game economies to maximize game performance.
• Prepare and maintain clear feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes and/or prototypes and game design documents
• Respond to feedback, analytics and test results in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve on designs
• Pitch new ideas to the team and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Tune and model complex game systems using Excel
• Analyse real-time feedback and metrics and adjust game designs accordingly
• Work closely with game designers, developers and artists and testers to reach a common goal
Stay current on industry trends including new game genres, game design best practices, and emerging technology

What you’ll bring:

• 1+ years of experience in designing casual mobile games or entertainment products of similar nature
• Graduation form NID university is a plus.
• At least one shipped/in-market social/casual/freemium game or entertainment product, ideally on mobile
• Good Sense of UI and UX
• Basic knowledge of 2D/3D graphic tools like Photoshop, Illustrator to design concepts
• Basic understanding of Balancing & Game/Product Economy
• Ability to come up with creative solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills-both written and spoken
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Goal Driven with high productivity
• Experience in working on social games is a strong bonus
• Degree in Game Design or related field
• Passion for games is a must
