Job Description

KRAFTON's Publishing Platform Division seeks a seasoned Game Security Service Specialist with 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing and responding to service issues, interpreting service metrics, developing response strategies, real-time monitoring and response to live issues, addressing and investigating cheating, establishing operational policies and terms of service, countering cheating tools, collecting and testing cheating tools and auxiliary equipment, managing anti-cheat functions, and setting detection directions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in game security, monitoring, and solution operation, a deep understanding of games, and fluency in English or Chinese. Experience with cheat tool investigation and analysis, community monitoring, and 24/7 monitoring organization operation is highly valued.

Must have:

5+ years game industry/security solution operation/monitoring experience
High game interest and understanding
No restrictions on overseas travel

Good to have:

Foreign language proficiency (Chinese or English)
Experience with cheating tools and equipment
Experience in fraud investigation, analysis, and sanctions
Community monitoring expertise
24-hour monitoring organization operation expertise
