Job Summary
Job Description
The Strategic Planning Manager for the India division at KRAFTON will be responsible for strategic planning and project management within the India branch. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, managing communication between project owners, India personnel, and HQ, and reporting to C-level executives. Responsibilities involve managing various stakeholders through verbal and written communication, reporting to top management, and overseeing initiatives. The role requires fluent English and at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or PMO. The position is based in Seoul, South Korea, and requires no travel restrictions.

- 5+ years in strategic planning/PMO
- Project management experience
- Top management reporting experience
- No travel restrictions
Good to have:
- Management Consulting experience
- Overseas project experience

- 인도 법인의 전략 업무를 서포트 함과 동시에, 각 프로젝트의 기획조정 업무를 수행
- Project owner와 인도 담당자/HQ간의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 Initiatives 관리 및 C-level 보고/공유/Archive

- 전략/PMO 경험 최소 5년 이상
