Job Description

The Senior Strategic Growth Manager will build strategic partnerships with marketplace and retailer platforms to ensure mutual success. They will manage customer relationships, provide advisory roles to enable clients to launch performance ad businesses, and suggest optimized strategies for new business growth. The role involves working with executives, ad/tech teams, and cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include building partnerships, understanding customer goals, guiding on performance ads, identifying growth initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and leading client meetings.

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Strategic Growth Manager is responsible for building strategic partnership with marketplace and retailer platforms to make the mutual parties’ success. Will manage customer relationships with key stakeholders and conduct the advisory roles to enable clients to launch their own performance ad business empowered by Moloco’s Commerce Media. And suggest optimized GTM strategy and project planning for new business from the initial stage which are essential to accelerate the ad business growth.

 

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

Strategic growth team work with our clients’ executives, ad business / tech teams and Moloco’s cross functional such as marketing, product managers, data scientists, engineers, ML as well as business operation teams to deliver successful outcomes

  • Build and manage strategic partnership with the deep understandings on verticals. 
  • Understand the enterprise customers’ goals and needs and devise optimized approaches. 
  • Guide and educate business counterparts on performance ads values and operations.
  • Capture the product innovation opportunities from the customers and advertisers’ voice. 
  • Identify the actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals.
  • Enable internals and customers’ decision making with data-driven insights.
  • Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage.
  • Lead multiple client meetings, trainings and regular business reviews with executives.

 

Here is what you need to succeed 

  • 8+ years of work experiences. 
  • Retail media/mobile/internet industry, new business development, ad tech, e-commerce marketplace, retailer experiences are preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to achieve goals.
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from the different backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding ML and technology is plus. 
  • Ownership and passions for continuous growth and success. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast growing global company.
  • Fluency in English and Korean, proficiency in multi language is plus.
