The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing personal matters and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, booking business trips, organizing visas, processing expense claims, and running errands. The role also involves organizing overseas travel, preparing itineraries, and organizing events for the CEO. The Personal Assistant will collaborate with support staff and internal counterparts in China and Singapore, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle confidential matters, and clear communication in both English and Mandarin.

Must have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Proven ability to deal with confidential matters
Reliability, motivation, and enthusiasm
Clear verbal communication in English and Mandarin

Good to have:

Experienced overseas living
Familiar with Singaporean and Western lifestyle and culture
Class 3/3A driving license with clean driving records

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant to CEO on personal matters
Managing calendar, booking business trip, organizing visas, processing expense claims and running errands upon request
Organize overseas travel and prepare itineraries
Organizing events for CEO
Work closely with and coordinate with other support staff, secretaries and internal counterparties in China and Singapore
To adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Run errands
Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications, Skills and Requirement:

Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, overseas graduates are welcome
Good organizational & planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility required
Demonstrate strong drive and commitment to deliver results, together with ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and sensitive information
Demonstrate a high degree of reliability, motivation and enthusiasm
Demonstrate clear, confident verbal communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
Preferably a class 3/3A driving license with clean driving records
