In this position, you will participate in design, development, QA and delivery of corporate standard cell libraries using leading process technologies for use in design of Intel's next-generation SoCs and microprocessors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design and implementation of combinatorial, power management and sequential circuits for Intel's newest process technologiesParasitic extraction and optimization for power/performance/robustness/densityDevelopment of automation for library modeling, validation, quality checking, performance and reliability verificationLibrary characterization for timing, noise, power and variation modelsLibrary build, validation, release, and support for Intel's SoC and microprocessor design projects.The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer/result orientation, and ability to work with external teams.

You must possess a minimum of BS/MS with VLSI/EE/Computer Science/Engineering or Microelectronics specialization.Additional Knowledge of the following is desired.Experience in digital circuit design, including CMOS combinatorial logic and sequential element design and layoutKnowledge on circuit simulation, synthesis, place and route, physical design verificationExperience in scripting (TCL, Perl, Phython, cshell) for design automationExperience working in the Linux environment and its development tools
